HERSTMONCEUX TRACK

Herstmonceux is quite like Tunbridge Wells site but smaller.  We have two woods that are connected by large rolling fields, Squirrels Woods will be tight and technical and the top wood is fast and flowing with big bomb holes.   I will be limiting numbers for the first event so please don’t just turn up on the day and all bikes need to be no more than 94DB no noisy bikes thanks.

EXEDOWN TRACK

Exedown our other main site is a harder track. It is more technical, but there is always an easy way round built in. This site is constantly evolving and we are always finding new tracks and climbs to put in. This year we have managed to find and build on about an extra 10 acres of unused woodland. Always exciting to work on a new track with the digger. We always change the track around each time so no two events are the same.

PENSHURST TRACK

We only use this track once a year. There is quite a bit of elevation and rocky gullies, it is a good thing that we use this track late summer as it is drier. Normally we organise the event when we can use the stubble fields for a fast section. Always best you put this date in your diary as it is only used the once. This site is developing into an exciting track.

FAVERSHAM TRACK

This track is used fairly early in the year and only once a year. This track has got so much to offer, it is a massive site and we are discovering it as we go along. Definitely another one to put in your diary.

TUNBRIDGE WELLS TRACK

The most varied site we had. The size of it allows us to change the track more than any other one we have ever used. This year we managed to get an extra 30 acres of new woodland attached to it, which is completely different to the rest of the wood. This site does take quite a lot of looking after as it gets wet in places but we can always manage to find ways around it. We also change this track back to front every time we use it.

We are always looking for new tracks to develop and different land to explore.

  1. Hi I would like to do the practice day 11th October at north farm. Do I need a endure licence or be a member of a club or do I just book on line. Kind regards

    1. Hi Tiff,
No need for any licence or membership.
You can book online before hand, or just turn up on the day and sign in, although I think it costs £5 more to do this.
Hope you can make it and have a great day!
